About Me
As an interface between business administration and creativity, I transform complex challenges into realisable strategies. With two Master's degrees in Entrepreneurship (Uppsala University) and International Business Administration (University of Vienna) as well as an undergraduate degree in Journalism & Economics (University of Mainz), I look at business challenges from different perspectives. As a Sustainability Professional at Kontron AG, I gained experience in how companies integrate ESG criteria into their business strategy. My traineeship at the European Investment Bank deepened my understanding of the evaluation of innovative projects and sustainable financing.
What excites me is the development of innovative business solutions that combine sustainability and economic viability, as well as building future-proof corporate structures through ESG implementation, efficient project management and strategic communication. My educational journey through Germany, Austria and Sweden has strengthened my adaptability and intercultural communication skills. In my free time, I am constantly broadening my horizons - from stock market diplomas to hackathons and creative projects of my own.
I am open to positions in innovation management with a focus on sustainability, sustainability management with a focus on ESG transformation and as an innovation consultant, but also for tasks in investment and financial analysis. With the knowledge I acquired in my Entrepreneurship Master's programme, I supported the management in founding BFL Immobilien GmbH and have since taken on a variety of operational and strategic tasks while actively seeking professional positions in the areas of innovation and sustainability.
My areas of responsibility include system maintenance, stakeholder communication and corporate design, as well as the management of large databases and the preparation of annual accounts and owners' meetings. I also prepare benchmarking analyses for market positioning, develop marketing concepts and am responsible for preparing the sustainability report.

During my traineeship at the European Investment Bank, I took on responsible tasks in the areas of knowledge transfer, financial policy and due diligence. I supported the preparation and organisation of the European Breakfasts with high-ranking speakers from politics and business and prepared comprehensive presentations on EIB activities in Austria.
In the area of political analysis, I prepared monthly reports on Austria's economic and political situation for the EIB's senior management and analysed the impact of political developments on EU financing priorities. I also took part in strategic meetings with stakeholders from business, investment and politics - including discussions at the Austrian Ministry of Finance - and prepared the results for the headquarters in Luxembourg.

Sustainability Professional
Kontron AG
As a sustainability professional, I was in charge of implementing the ‘ESG Cockpit’ and coordinated the Group-wide ESG and taxonomy data collection. I selected relevant key figures, aligned them with GRI indicators and analysed the data collected. When preparing the sustainability report, I was responsible for researching topics, writing the text and updating charts and tables.
My other tasks included analysing EU sustainability regulations and preparing them in a target group-oriented manner for various areas of the company, supporting the implementation of CSRD and EU taxonomy-compliant reporting processes and processing ESG ratings and questionnaires. I also coordinated the exchange of knowledge between the subsidiaries in the area of ESG and participated in cross-departmental working groups on the integration of sustainability aspects into business processes.

In event management at the University of Vienna, I was responsible for the support and barrier-free design of the website, including the website for the unileben 2020 trade fair. My focus was on the sustainable organisation of events, where I managed the Green Meeting/Green Event certification and researched sustainable advertising materials. I handled an incentive project independently and always supported the back office efficiently, even when the workload was high. My independently conceived and implemented charity campaign for refugees, where I was responsible for coordinating volunteers and collecting donations, deserves special mention - a project that demonstrated my ability to coordinate projects independently.
